Carcharodons Deredeo dreadnought WIP

Hi guys, well today I've begun work on my carcharodons "Deredeo dreadnought" you might notice I have only begun the base for the Deredeo but I promise you work shall progress quickly!

I can't wait to get stuck into this controversial miniature!

Hi guys, well today I've my finished Carcharodons space marine drop pod to show you.

Well what much is there to say about a drop pod eh? i actually think i purchased this second hand, pre built off eBay a long time ago.

This was really more a test of the hairspray weathering technique which you can just about make out here and there where the chips are.

I was relatively happy with the result, however i feel its way to time consuming for not much better results as usual chipping techniques.

I might revisit the method in the future but for now, its the good old sponge!

Hi guys, so i thought i would upload some pictures (and a video) of my finished Carcharodons Scimitar Jetbike, from forge world.

I really enjoyed painting this model. it was also a piece of proverbial piss to put together which doesn't usually happen!

I've decided to paint some more bikes so will probably be adding some more of these guys soon and run them as regular bikers (or attack bikes)

 Hi guys, only a small update this week, some parts i ordered from forge world have finally arrived, namely being a mk 6 space marine set, alas the mouldings were rather terrible to be honest so ive now got to wait until i get replacements sorted! boo!

Yeah, i swapped back to Carcharodons, reason being, black is dull and its boring to paint. lol. im sure many will disagree but thats how i feel about it.

Carcharodons Tactical Space Marine Sergeant.

Hi guys, here is one of the last Carcharodons space marines i ever painted. (In fact I am sure it was the last)
This one used lots of different parts to create the exact pose i wanted and it came off rather well if I dont say so myself.

I tried to use a couple more techniques on this guy, namely just only using a base colour, a shade, and one highlight. amazingly I think it worked really well, although I think the main reason for that is because Grey is a very forgiving colour.

Have you ever painted Grey marines? How did you get on?
