These things are really boring to build and paint so hopefully there will not be too many more drop pods to do!
The Space Marines are known as the Angels of Death, and the title is never more appropriate than when they attack using Drop Pods. Drop Pod assaults are the ultimate weapon of terror and surprise, aimed right at the heart of the foe. Scarcely have the smouldering hulls come to rest when their hatches blow clear, and the occupants disembark to wreak havoc on wrong-footed enemies.

Hi guys, well today I've my finished Carcharodons space marine drop pod to show you.

Well what much is there to say about a drop pod eh? i actually think i purchased this second hand, pre built off eBay a long time ago.

This was really more a test of the hairspray weathering technique which you can just about make out here and there where the chips are.

I was relatively happy with the result, however i feel its way to time consuming for not much better results as usual chipping techniques.

I might revisit the method in the future but for now, its the good old sponge!
